Default Enable aero on vista basic

If your hardware is up to scratch this will show you how to enable the vista eye candy apparently, haven't tested it yet, will post back when i have.

Theres a possibility we will get hit by an asteroid, wheres your sense of adventure, going bed soon will load basic on my laptop tomorrow and post what the results are like.

i just have to restart my computer now
