Window Vista is the Best Operating system by Microsoft
I'm not why people Hate For this Product.
Please UP date Your System and then Installation Window Vista.
Hope You will Enjoy.

lol to be honest i prefer windows 98 but i still use XP and vista xD and its not that i hate vista cuz its slow since i got a brand new computer last week so it should be fast its considerably fasteri can run 2 virtual machines at once using a AMD Turion RM-75 at 2.20GHz. with 4gb of ram. and it doesnt slow it down which i cant say same for windows98 & xp macs their okay ive used them once or trwice in my life time its like using Ubuntu/Linux. and linux isnt half bad uses less resources so its faster. preloaded withe verything you need but what Linux&Macs lack is games since they arent too popular with the public so its understandable that people dont make games for them. overall all OS's have their ups and downs.vista for some is lag or shitty interface. Linux not being able to play games and use windows programs and Macs well idk havent used it too much to say.

Well... It does have it's annoyances, but most of those can be fixed. It uses up too much ram - Solution? Look up a good guide to the services, and disable the ones you won't use. It really helps. Disable windows aero, and all the other fancy eye candy if you don't care about it.

DEP kills some games I try to play. That's just aggravating.

On my laptop, I can't actually get SP1 / SP2 to install! I've given up after a few hours trying to figure it out. Maybe I'll try again sometime.

On the upside, I've been malware free for the year I've had this, most weird crashes are isolated to programs, and I haven't gotten a single BSOD yet.

Very true there are plenty of free os out there, but the bottom line is windows has a fortune spent on it and it shows, the problem isnt so much windows as all the crap thats being added its like their trying to sabotage their own work, when i first got vista the first thing i did was update, now its the last and preferably not at all.

and welcome to the forum good to have you with us.

Apparently they were going to be made to release win7 without internet explorer, maybe it would have done them a favour cos thats the main thing that fucks up, i love vista and 7 its just ie.

I use IE sometimes, but I prefer Chrome simply because of the speed.
Firefox is slow and the addons are pointless to me
