it is possible 64bit drivers could be found that worked, but you might need to go to other sites like driverpacks.net, realtek, VIA etc, but you could be making a rod for your own back, the pitfalls would far outweigh the benefits of a 64bit os, if there were any benefits, the only benefits of using a 64bit os wouldnt apply to this board, the ability to run 64bit software is null because 32bit alternatives are available for most if not all 64bit ones, and a good deal more programs that are not supported by a 64bit one, increased ram doesnt apply as the maximum the computer will be able to use is 1gb, i wouldnt do it personally, and if you do keep the 32bit install disc handy because you will probably need it

I really don't think that 64 bit is going to benefit you that much...if at all. It mainly will handle RAM a little better if you have lots of RAM...over 4 Gb. The processor also has to be able to handle 64 bit. I don't think yours (AMD Sempron 3000+ 2.0 GHz) is rated for 64 bit, so I don't think the 64 bit OS will work.
I'd get the money back on the 64 bit OS and stick with the 32 bit.
