I can get on internet exrlore but is says there are no add-on, when I open it there are add-on enabled on all most everything I tried to disable them but it made no difference. Then I went into control panel and removed everything I did not need, when I tried to remove google chrome it saied the same thing no data file found and the progamed locked I could not close the page or click on any thing else.I can open up other progams and files. can you help

try a different browser and reinstall the btowser, sounds like you deleted a file by mistake with the anti virus programs, i would also try running rootkit revealer just in case, anti virus programs may not pick up a rootkit

A virus or malware (rootkit, trojan, etc) can leave damage behind even though they have been removed. Damage in the form of corrupted files.
As far as add-ons to Internet Explorer, go into Control Panel, Internet Settings, Advanced, and Reset Internet Explorer settings. That should help.
Sometimes malware can interfere with running executable files (.exe). There is a program that can sometimes restore. I can't recall what it is (I'm on my laptop a home right now) but when I get to the shop tomorrow I'll post it.

Thanks for the help. I was able to get the internet to work properly. I still can't remove google chrome from the control panel add or remove page, it still says no file data found and locks the page I can't even close the page with the task manager. I did not try the rootkit what website should I go to.

when scaning with rooykit revealer does it clear out the rootkits or do you need another program to remove them.
I also downloading goolge chrome again it downloaded but will not show up anywhere and still cannot remove it from control panel.

rootkit revealer will show them up, then post the log results on bleeping computerds forum and they will tell you if you need to do anything else, if there are they will probably tell you to run rkill and themn combofix immediatly after. its their software and they advise posting a log before running it, then they will probably tell you to run ccleaner

Bleeping Computer - Computer Help and Discussion

Bleeping Computer Downloads: RKill

Bleeping Computer Downloads: ComboFix Download

Download CCleaner 3.15.1643 - FileHippo.com
