Angry Windows XP

Trying to do PC restore on my computer, cant get it to work. Supposed to hold down the control key and F11 at the same time during the Dell splash screen. Nothing seems to be happening, any help would be much appreciated.

You could try a restore in windows, or if you have an install disc do a repair you could also check in the bios just in case theres an option to disable the dell restore funtion thats been disabled.
