It will capture everything from screenshots to mouse clicks and can be helpful for a computer technician or IT department. After recording, it will save automatically as a zip file as well.

All you need to do is select the start menu and search ‘psr’ and click on the program to open. Then click “Start Record” and the Problem Steps Recorder is ready to use!
